The FTB Visa CashCard does not require any cash collateral held against your account. There are no monthly fees, no bills, no interest charges and no fees for dishonored transactions.

If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for goods or services obtained with your Card, you agree to accept credits to your Card for such refunds. The amounts credited to your Card for refunds may not be available for up to five (5) days from the date the refund transaction occurs.

In order to receive a refund of the funds remaining on your card, you must visit your closet FTB branch and request a refund.

If you obtain your funds (or make a purchase) in a currency other than US Dollars, the amount deducted from your funds will be converted by Visa into an amount in the currency of your Card (US Dollars).

Visa will establish a currency conversion rate for this convenience using a rate selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date which may vary from the rate Visa itself receives, or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date.
