Staff of Marketing Department (02 positions based in Head Office, Phnom Penh)

+ Monitoring and analyzing the market then planning for suitable new products
+ Preparing for new products project plan including marketing plan and marketing process
+ Identify sponsorship opportunities, make recommendation, and execute agreed sponsorship activities
+ Manage and coordinate all marketing events, advertising and promotional activities for the Bank
+ Design or create materials for promotion through various channels
+ Conducting training sessions about new products
+ Help launching new products
+ Monitoring the market and reviewing existing products continuously
+ Maintaining awareness of market trends in banking industry and monitoring what competitors are doing
+ Restructuring the products to better conditions and increase the profitability, if necessary
+ Planning and managing campaigns about existing products
+ Comply with the bank policies on risk management
+ Perform other related duties as assigned by manager
